$30 Strat Pickup Swap Charge

This charge is applied when a customer returns one of our Strat prewired assemblies in order to have us replace the pickups with a different model. This covers our time and labor to process the paperwork and to physically perform the swap, but it does not cover any difference in price between the pickups being returned and the new pickups. If there's a difference in cost between the pickups, then this will be handled on the new order as a separate line item.

Please note that this swap charge is not applicable to special-ordered prewired assemblies, including SSH setups, since these assemblies may involve 4-conductor wiring, extra switches, superswitches, etc. Pickup swaps in these kinds of assemblies will be handled on a case-by-case basis, where labor will be charged at $50/hr in 15 minute increments.
